On November 28th, 2021, at the New York Greater Dental Meeting Dr. Aidee Nieto-Herman, Associate Professor in the Department of Periodontology and Principal Investigator of 2 research projects traveled with two Tufts D23 Students, Alexa Perez and Gabriel Perez, co-investigators and represented Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. They presented two research poster during the meeting. Also Dr. Merelyn Hong, Tufts Faculty and Practice Coordinator in Back Bay was present. Dr. Herman and Dr. Hong were panelists in the UCLA lecture on “Dentistas Latinos Unidos en USA”. They talked about Dr. Herman’s training foreign dentists program in Massachusetts.
