Thank you to everyone who participated in the Rosie’s Place Paint and Sip Fundraiser held on April 30. It was great to see everyone get their Bob Ross while painting cherry blossoms. Through students and faculty donations, we were able to raise $600 dollars for the organization. THIS IS INCREDIBLE!

Rosie’s Place is a women’s shelter whose aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for poor and homeless women. Today, Rosie’s Place not only provides meals and shelter but also empowers 12,000 women a year through wide-ranging support, housing and education services. The organization works to create an environment for women maintain their dignity, seek opportunity and find security in their lives.
