Favorite thing(s) about Tufts and/or Boston?: My favorite thing about Tufts is the emphasis that the school places on wellness. Having a centered mind-body connection is key to performing good dental care. My favorite thing about Boston is the rich history embedded within the city. Growing up in Massachusetts, Boston was a popular field-trip destination. Now that I am living in the city, and walking everywhere I am able to truly appreciate the architecture and history sprinkled throughout the place I have always called “home”.

Fun Fact(s) about yourself and/or hobbies?: A fun fact about me is I ride horses! I am a competitive hunt seat equitation rider and show in the 3ft adult equitation. I was a member of the NCAA Division I Women’s Equestrian Team at the University of Georgia from 2014-2018. During my time at UGA, we were 3x SEC Champions and 3x Runner-Up National Champions. When I am not in scrubs, you can find me at the barn with my competition horses, George and Morris and their miniature companion ponies I recently adopted, BooBoo and Nina Louise.
