Mindful March is here! For this month we will be showcasing opportunities of kindness and gratitude for yourself and others. First, we are introducing the Appreciation Board!
The Appreciation Board is a spot where you can leave a note of gratitude, love, encouragement, or appreciation to a friend or colleague. Start thinking about who you are grateful for, and then leave a note for someone you care about. Also, we will be holding Wellness Bingo, to celebrate the activities that you have taken part in, the link will follow in next week’s Newsletter. Random Week of Kindness and Gratitude will take place March 14th to the 20th and Mindfulness Week will take place March 21st to the 27th. Keep an eye out for more information regarding these mindful opportunities. More information about the benefits of gratitude here!

In the Kitchen:
Thai Salmon Dinner
This is a super tasty recipe that is great to make when meal prepping for the week. Makes four servings and only takes 30 minutes. If needed, omit the peanuts or replace with seed of choice, such as sunflower seeds. Serve with some roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad! Full recipe here!
One Pot Chicken and Mushroom Orzo
Makes four servings and can be modified to be dairy free. This is a flavorful, comforting, and protein filled lunch or dinner.
