Meet the D24’s first JUMBO of the Week, Zeel Patel!

Hometown: Lowell, MA

Favorite thing(s) about Tufts and/or Boston?: Along with all the beautiful architecture, unique culture, and amazing history that Boston has to offer, I love the various attractions and entertainment it has for everyone to indulge in. I was first exposed to Tufts when I met Dr. Kasberg. He gave me the best advice, and walked me through the whole interview process. He instantly made me feel so welcomed and like a Tufts Family member. The faculty members here are one of the most caring individuals with highly qualified skills. Additionally, I was drawn to the aspect of how diverse the student body is, as well as the school’s emphasis on mental and physical wellness, and countless opportunities it has to offer in the future.

Fun Fact(s) about yourself and/or hobbies?: Some of my hobbies consist of dancing, working out, cooking/baking, traveling, trying new experiences, as well as spending quality time with my family and friends.
