Meet this Week’s Jumbo of the Week: Jacob “Cobi” Citron!
Undergraduate Education: University of Maryland, College Park – B.S Psychology
Favorite Thing about TUSDM/Why you chose Tufts: I chose Tufts because the diversity among the students and faculty gives me the opportunity to immerse myself in a warm and accepting environment each day, allowing me to reach my potential. I also really appreciate practicing the art of dentistry in Tufts’ very modern facilities. Lastly, I was born in Boston while my dad was finishing his dental education at Tufts, so for me choosing Tufts naturally felt like returning to my roots.
Fun Fact About yourself/Things involved in outside of School: A fun fact about me is that I come from a family of dentists. My dad and his father (my Grandfather) are both general dentists; my mother is a dental hygienist, and my sister just began dental school!
Outside of school you can find me playing basketball and tennis with friends; or going on long walks while speaking to my grandparents, family, and friends that are all over America, Canada, and Europe giving me the opportunity to stay in touch while staying active (efficiency is key in dental school!).
