Building student involvement, fostering civic engagement and enhancing community service to advance public health.

On Friday, Smile Squad put together over 200 oral hygiene goodie bags for a socially distant Halloween event! These goodie bags will be donated to Tufts (Medford campus) and local partners which will be part of a Halloween package filled with sweet treats, activities, and of course, tools to keep your teeth clean after all the candy. Smile Squad’s President, Lauren Lubowitz, D21 mentioned that “it feels great to have the opportunity to participate in some sort of service event after many months in isolation from our community. Smile Squad has been a part of the Tufts Medford and Boston campus for so many years, so we are happy to be able to contribute once again. I hope the children that receive the Halloween goodie bags will enjoy the treats, and remember to brush and floss afterward!
