Do you need a quick stretch or mental break? Join Dr. Pastan’s ‘Virtual Restorative Yoga’ and ‘Drop-in Meditation’ sessions. See below for date and info on both events:

 

Virtual Restorative Yoga

A relaxing and restorative yoga class via Zoom.
Participants video will not be seen and no experience is necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothes and log on 5 minutes before the start of class and get yourself situated for practice with a mat/ blanket and a water bottle. Participants will not to be able to enter the class after 4:40pm.

Drop-in Meditation

This 30 minute session will begin with a short talk about an aspect of meditation followed by a guided experience.
Participants video will not be seen and no experience is necessary.
Please log on 5 minutes before the start of class and get yourself situated for practice.
Participants will not to be able to enter the class after 12:35pm.
