The 1st Annual Wellness Day will be held virtually on Thursday, September 24th, 2020, and this full day event is open to all members of our community, including faculty, staff, and students. The day will feature seminars, workshops, Tai Chi, Taekwondo, chair yoga, a cooking demonstration, therapy animals, and information sessions. In these challenging times, it’s as important as ever to take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You shall find the sessions for the day listed in the detailed agenda. You can register for the sessions you are interested in by completing the Qualtrics survey. Once you select your sessions, you will receive an email shortly thereafter with a summary of your selections, along with their links. You may make selections up until the time of the session.
