Now that all classes are online and you are spending more time in front of one screen or another, follow the following tips protect your eyes.

Consider these tips to reduce or prevent eyestrain:

Blink often to refresh your eyes
Take eye breaks throughout the day
Limit screen time. …
Use artificial tears. …
Improve the air quality of your space. …
Choose the right eyewear for you
If you have eye discomfort, headache or vision changes that don’t improve with self-care, make an appointment with your doctor

As we settle into new and changing routines, Snaggs is available to talk with you by Zoom or telephone. Any student who would like to schedule an appointment is encouraged to do so. It can be informal, and nothing is too insignificant. She is available to connect as much as is needed.
