THE DEBATE:
Join us in Harbor Ballroom at the Westin Waterfront Hotel on Saturday, February 1st at 4:30pm for the 11th Annual ASDA District 1 Student Debate. MDS President Dr. Janis Moriarty will welcome attendees, and the Debate will feature multiple rounds of friendly competition between all five District 1 schools plus a pre-dental team. Teams will face off across multiple rounds, arguing pertinent policy and ethical issues fronting students and practitioners alike.
Raffle prizes from our sponsors will be distributed throughout the program so be sure to get your ticket upon arrival!
THE STUDENT RECEPTION:
Immediately following the Debate will be a student reception in the Westin Waterfront Hotel Marina Ballroom featuring a DJ, food, refreshments, games, and a photobooth – this is a great opportunity to meet other District 1 students and local dentists!

The Student Debate is a part of Yankee Dental Congress, held January 30 – February 1, 2020. Be sure to stop by the MDS Booth #1244 and check out the other exhibitors!

2020 ASDA DISTRICT 1 DENTAL SCHOOL CHALLENGE:
Gear up for the Debate all January long! Crest + Oral B, EDIC, and MDS are pleased to announce we are back for another year of the ASDA District 1 Dental School Challenge – all throughout January students will have the opportunity to participate in challenges which will earn you points for your school. The winning school will be revealed at the Student Debate and Reception at Yankee Dental Congress on February 1, 2019. The winning school will be announced at the end of the student debate in Harbor Ballroom at the Westin Waterfront on Saturday, February 1.
