To kick off the month of October, Kathryn Sierra (D22) and Dr. Martha Forero spent their morning educating the young people of our community. Together they gave a presentation to 29 preschool aged children at Little Panda. They educated them on the importance of oral hygiene and nutrition. The kids were so eager to answer questions and sing along as they practiced brushing the stuffed dragon’s teeth. They finished off the morning with a book reading that reminded the kids what to expect at their next dental visit! Each child received a goody bag with a new tooth brush, fluoridated toothpaste, floss picks, fun stickers, and a brochure to take home to their parents. AAPD loves working with Little Panda and is very excited to continue their relationship throughout the coming years!
