Chris Hines (D22) did some solo volunteering at St. Francis and reflects on his experience: “We pass by individuals all the time in Chinatown who sometimes are not able to access dental care. Despite this, often the destitute are concerned about their hygiene, and make an effort to keep their teeth clean. We simply wanted to help promote the importance of oral health to our immediate surrounding community. St. Francis is always excited to have us and welcome Tufts Dental with open arms when we do workshops! It’s a privilege to give back and educate the shelter on oral health!”
