The Harvard Square Homeless Shelter (HSHS) and Y2Y Harvard Square need Tufts students and community members to help provide shelter at a critical time of the year for individuals experiencing homelessness in the local community. Volunteers are needed for breakfast, dinner, evening, and overnight shifts. Our shelters offer opportunities for students to develop understanding of the greater issues surrounding homelessness and gain leadership experience! Start your volunteer journey by applying for a regular weekly shift, a break shift, or one time substitute shifts; both individuals and groups are welcome.
