Each year, the INDIA New England News selection committee selects 20 women to be honored at their annual woman of the year gala. Sangita Murali (D18) was selected for the top 20 this year. Sangita is president of Tufts AAWD and has been committed to addressing dental inequities throughout her four years at TUSDM. She is passionate around creating supportive environments to empower people from diverse backgrounds, including the South Asian, geriatric, and homeless women’s communities.
