Mark your calendars! This year’s TUSDM Bates-Andrews Research Day is scheduled for Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Research poster presentations and commercial exhibitors will be from 11:30am-4:00pm on the 14th and 15th floors of the dental school. In addition, to help celebrate TUSDM’s 150th anniversary this year, we are excited to be joining with the Office of Alumni Affairs as they hold their annual Student Alumni Networking Session immediately following the Bates Day poster presentations. The registration for the Student Alumni Networking will be available January 10th.
Online registration and abstract submission for predoctoral and postgraduate students wishing to present posters at Bates Day must be completed prior to January 19, 2018 – late entries will not be accepted!
Access to the https://www.judgify.me/BatesDay2018 website can also be found through the Bates Day tab on the Student Research Materials link on TUSK.
When you go on the Judgify website, just click on the green “Submit an entry” button in the top right corner. You will need to enter an email and a password to use the site. Please let me know if you have any problems submitting your registration.
