Call for Poster Proposals!
We are pleased to announce a call for proposals for our conference poster session. Are you connected to a program or research project related to our conference theme, tracks or areas of focus that you would like to share with conference attendees? We are looking for posters related to our specialized tracks including: Oral Health, Public Health, Hospitals and Health Systems, Workforce Development and Behavioral Health as well as our areas of focus including forming community partnerships, leveraging funds, recruitment and retention strategies, primary care collaborations with integrated delivery systems, hospital and clinic management, population health, and utilizing telehealth technologies. We encourage academic posters about original research and also welcome less formal posters about special programs or projects. The poster exhibits are best described as a show and tell opportunity versus a formal poster presentation session. All posters will be displayed in public areas of the conference facility – there will time during breaks for attendees to view the posters.
The deadline for submissions is October 1st. All poster proposals will be reviewed by October 9th. Click HERE to register.
Additional Information:
We will ask that posters be sent in advance of the conference. If your poster is not sent in advance of the conference we will ask you to take responsibility for hanging your poster, with mounting materials that will be provided to you. Poster authors will be responsible for removing their poster at the end of the conference.
A minimum of one author of each poster will be required to register for the full conference.
To assist with mounting of the posters we encourage you to consider lighter weight printing options and to avoid laminating your poster.
Before the conference, we will request a PDF version of your poster as well as 1-3 pages of content including: a brief narrative describing the poster, relevant resources and contact information. These files will be posted on our website to help increase exposure of your poster.
