This is the last week to participate in the Step Challenge (there is a school prize and an individual prize at stake), so plug in your steps today! More things to look forward to are a raffle for Tuesday night yoga, fresh fruit in the Student Lounge on Wednesday, AND a webinar on Wednesday “Living a Delicious Life”.

Monday check in: This is the LAST WEEK to record your steps for the ASDA Step out for Wellness Challenge. Let’s finish strong and no, it’s not too late to join in! The winner gets a $100 Nike gift card and the chapter with the most steps receives a free lunch!
Have you been curious about yoga and would like the perfect way to ease into it? Come for Tuesday Yoga Sessions in the Alumni Lounge with Dr. Pastan 7:15 – 8:15pm and a chance to win 3 great prizes:
  1. A large Eco yoga mat with Tantra mat holder from Prana
