The Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center (BCNC) will hold the 31st Annual Oak Street Fair on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. BCNC’s Oak Street Fair generates a lot of excitement among the community, bringing over 1000 children and families for a day of fun, connection, and important resources.
